Booking Conditions

Last updated: 18 May 2026

These booking conditions apply to Formula 1 race weekend arrangements enquired about or booked through F1 Mirador. They should be read alongside the booking conditions of the specific supplier and ATOL holder for your trip, which will be shared with you in writing before any booking is confirmed.

1. About your booking

F1 Mirador is a curated travel brand within Sporting Escapes Group. We are affiliated with InteleTravel UK, under ABTA membership number P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our suppliers who are ATOL holders. The named supplier and ATOL number applicable to your specific package will be confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken.

2. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through f1mirador.com does not constitute a booking and does not place you under any obligation. We will respond with options, indicative pricing and availability for you to consider.

3. Confirming a booking

A booking is confirmed only when:

  • You have received a written confirmation specifying the supplier, ATOL number, package details and total price;
  • You have read and accepted the booking conditions of that supplier; and
  • The required deposit has been paid.

4. Pricing and inclusions

Indicative pricing shown on the F1 Mirador website is for guidance only. Final pricing depends on race weekend, dates, hospitality category, hotel selection, party size and supplementary services. Final inclusions are confirmed in writing on the booking confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment terms — deposit amount, balance due date and payment methods — are set by the supplier and confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. Payments are protected to the extent provided by the applicable ATOL and ABTA frameworks.

6. Changes and cancellations

Amendments and cancellations are governed by the booking conditions of the specific supplier. Some Formula 1 hospitality components — particularly Paddock-level access, on-circuit suites and chartered yacht hospitality — carry strict non-refundable terms. These will be made clear before booking.

7. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended at the point of booking and is the responsibility of each guest. Given the value of Formula 1 hospitality packages, cover that includes event cancellation and travel disruption is particularly recommended.

8. Passports, visas and travel documents

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports with sufficient validity, any required visas, and any health documentation required by the destination country.

9. Force majeure

Neither F1 Mirador, InteleTravel UK nor the underlying supplier accepts liability for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, race-organiser decisions, government restrictions, or any event classified as force majeure under the supplier’s booking conditions.

10. Complaints

If you have a concern before, during or after travel, please contact us promptly at enquiries@f1mirador.com. We will work with the supplier to resolve any issue. Where appropriate, the ABTA Code of Conduct provides additional dispute-resolution options.

11. Governing law

These booking conditions, and any contract arising from a booking made through F1 Mirador, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, save where overridden by the supplier’s own terms.
