These terms govern your use of the F1 Mirador website (f1mirador.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. F1 Mirador is a trading brand within Sporting Escapes Group.

1. About F1 Mirador

F1 Mirador curates luxury Formula 1 race weekend experiences. We are affiliated with InteleTravel UK, under ABTA membership number P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our suppliers who are ATOL holders. Full booking conditions are set out in our Booking Conditions.

2. Website content

Information on this site — including itineraries, hospitality descriptions, indicative pricing and availability — is provided for illustrative purposes and is subject to change. All bookings are confirmed only in writing following an enquiry.

3. Intellectual property

The F1 Mirador name, logo, design and editorial content are the property of F1 Mirador / Sporting Escapes Group. You may not reproduce any part of the site without our written permission. References to “Formula 1”, “F1”, the FIA Formula 1 World Championship and individual Grand Prix events are used for descriptive purposes; all such marks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

6. Limitation of liability

The F1 Mirador website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Bookings and travel arrangements

Any travel arrangements booked through F1 Mirador are subject to the Booking Conditions and to the booking terms of the relevant supplier and ATOL holder. These are made available before you confirm any booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
